Digital Download Information:
When you purchase a Digital Download you purchase the whole tutorial and corresponding assets, if any. You cannot purchase individual chapters.

All of the Download files are in .Zip folders and require unarchiving. There are many free un-archiving, or uncompressing, programs available if you do not already have one installed.

Once you have made your purchase, you can go to your account page (if you have signed up to have an account) to see your order history and download your tutorials. If you have made your purchase as a Guest, you can access your tutorials after your purchase at the bottom of the purchase confirmation page or via an email receipt that you will receive after the purchase. The email will contain a link to the download page and a unique password.

You will have 48 hrs to download your tutorials so we strongly advise not purchasing more than 5 Downloadable tutorials at a time. If you are interested in bulk purchases we advise you to purchase DVDs as it is more time-effective and in many instances therefore cost-effective.

All sales of Digital Download files are non-refundable. All sales are final.

This tutorial also requires the Quicktime Movie Player (Version 7.1 or higher), and Acrobat Reader (Version 6.0 or higher) in order to view its contents. The web links for these installers are below.
