INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Orders may take up to 2 business days to process and ship. We are not responsible for any customs taxes or fees your country may have for importing DVDs. We are also not responsible for any delays or lost items due to customs, and if customs returns your order to us we will charge you for the reshipment of your order. Similarly we cannot be held responsible for your country's own postal service delays. However, our customer service team will do their best to solve any problem related to your order shipment.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD INFORMATION: Once you have made your purchase, you can go to your account page (if you have signed up to have an account) to see your order history and download your tutorials. If you have made your purchase as a Guest, you can access your tutorials after your purchase at the bottom of the purchase confirmation page or via an email receipt that you will receive after the purchase. The email will contain a link to the download page and a unique password.
You will have 48 hrs to download your tutorials so we strongly advise not purchasing more than 5 Downloadable tutorials at a time.
All sales of Digital Download files and DVDs are non-refundable. All sales are final.
