The Gnomon Workshop releases a new digital environment painting training DVD taught by artist Raphael Lacoste, who has contributed to games including Assassin’s Creed and Prince of Persia. Titled “Digital Environment Painting,” this new tutorial taps Lacoste’s extensive technical expertise and experience in creating photo-realistic environments using a variety of 2D and 3D tools. The techniques demonstrated in this title lead to the creation of a rich and interesting digital environment ready for a production illustration or matte painting.
